ALKROS PERSONAL
Training and nutrition in one app: a practical independent start
Start with Alkros Personal: choose a goal, review a program, plan meals and track what you actually complete.
Start with the time you really have
Choose a goal and a realistic number of training days. Alkros Personal keeps programs, exercises and nutrition in your own account without requiring a coaching business or clients.
A suggested program is an option to review. Check exercises, equipment and schedule before confirming. If an exercise is unfamiliar, clarify technique with a qualified trainer. Logged results alone do not let software assess your technique.

Plan meals rather than collect recipes
Set dietary preferences, reported allergies and foods to avoid. Choose meal count and repetition, then review days, quantities and the shopping list before saving. General menus do not cover specialised medical nutrition needs.
If using an energy estimate, review its inputs and proposed target. You accept or edit it; it is not a measurement of actual expenditure. Meal nutrition estimates also depend on ingredients, labels and quantities.
Record the actual workout
Log performed sets and repetitions. Check copied previous results before confirming them. Recording why you skip a session helps distinguish scheduling difficulties from a session that may not suit you.
For offline training, check the option to save the workout on your device in advance. Locally stored results are not the same as synced data. Reopen the app when online and check delivery before signing out or clearing browser data.
Review the week before the next plan
Look at completed and unfinished sessions and how realistic the schedule was. Avoid judging progress from one day or a single weight reading. At the end of a program, review the summary before repeating or choosing another. You confirm the next schedule.
An example of a routine you can review
Choose a schedule that fits your calendar and locate the next workout. For meals, choose foods you can buy and prepare. Review both plans before the week starts: a busy day may not be the best time to try several unfamiliar recipes.
Record what you actually did rather than filling in a plan as if everything was completed. If a result is unknown, leaving it unknown is better than inventing a log. Accurate history makes the next decision better informed.
When you miss a session
Open the schedule and review the missed session’s status. Recording a reason can help your weekly review. Do not automatically squeeze all remaining workouts into one day. Review calendar changes before confirming, taking account of your circumstances and recovery.
If the same obstacle keeps returning, reconsider program choice and available days. The app keeps records but cannot determine the reason by itself. Ask a qualified trainer for help with unclear technique or load selection.
When involving a coach can help
Independent planning works best when you understand the exercises, can assess your circumstances and can follow the schedule. If you repeatedly change direction, misunderstand instructions or want individual feedback, a coach can help clarify the next step.
Linking Personal to a coach is more than renaming a profile. Read the transition screen explaining plan changes and optional past-history sharing. Choose what to share and confirm only when you understand what remains in your history and what the coach takes over.
