ALKROS PERSONAL
Independent training and nutrition with Alkros Personal
For people without a coach who want a program, meals and workout history in their own space.
Different needs, one application. Illustrative workflows, not customer testimonials.
The situation
You want training and meals together without managing several apps. You are not a coach and do not need client accounts: you need today’s overview and the next step.
From a starting goal to a routine
Set your goal and preferences, review program suggestions and confirm the schedule. For nutrition, record preferences and restrictions, choose meal count and review the proposed menu. Training and nutrition share your account, but each plan is reviewed separately.
Track and review
Record workouts and review the week. At program completion, check completed and skipped sessions before choosing what follows. If you later work with a coach, linking accounts has a separate explanation and confirmation of changes and optional history sharing. Personal is not continuous coach supervision.
A weekly review example
At the end of the week, compare completed and skipped sessions with the schedule. If timing was unrealistic, reconsider availability instead of simply selecting a harder program. Review meals too: were ingredients available and preparation practical?
This produces more concrete questions than a general feeling that nothing works. Record actual activity and do not fill missing results with guesses. History is useful when it distinguishes planned from completed work.
What the app provides and what you decide
You get scheduling, instructions, workout logging, meal planning and progress review. You review and confirm the program and menu. A suggestion does not mean the app assessed exercise technique, medical circumstances or every personal need. Seek an appropriate professional when individual assessment is needed.
